I've never been in trouble with the law and quite sure that I did not even have anything under my name including speeding tickets, etc which the first officers thought was very rare. I assumed many man did not get in trouble with the law so their record should be clean. Apparently I was in the minority and this information suggested to me that many man have to have a certain amount of negative marks by the time they reach a certain age.

Was Law enforcement notified: States that COL Liening had taken steps to restrict husband from entering the military base. (COL Liening does not have legal authority to do this and neither does the Provost Marshall when husband is not a criminal, this is why they attempt to push some type of felony charge to justify restrictions for getting on base)

Command notified block: Its states that COL Liening and MAJ Lodi are both on leave and that CPT Nazarro contacted (my wife) and informed her  that she needed to go down to the FAP and see one of the therapists (i.e. hypnotic brain washers). blacked out because it contradicts the statement in the page below which states that she went to the classes under her own 

First Allison stated that this document was a temporary agreement which my wife and I would be able to change during our next court date, but that it was just needed to establish the Status Quo and thus calm everybody down. She then set the final court date to happen as soon as possible. Upon speaking to an Attorney from a father's right organization, she asked if I knew what I had signed. I told her that it was a temporary injunction/order as stated/written in Allison's own handwriting. Allison's other deception was placing the phrase Exclusive use of residence (quarters)  under Wife shall be awarded the following property and mentioned that this was referring to the military residence. I agreed to this because it was supposed to be temporary as per her own words and I didn't want my wife to be under more stress than she needed to be. This was later used to award community family property to my wife solely.

Her lowest actions took place by asking if I agreed with the with the temporary order and then asked me to sign the document. After I signed it, she told me that she was going to go make a photo copy. She took a considerable long time and when she returned I noticed that she had filled out the Additional provisions section where she had put down the restriction on either party trying to reconcile. 

When I was trying to see my son and I was asked to provide a copy of the orders. As soon as I handed the women the order, she jumped back covered her mouth, started to panic, cry a little, and start talking about GOD. It was obvious to me that seeing the order brought her some terrible memory. This is when I realized that the Court order was another template similar to the ones used within the military. I quickly realized that the Lawyers in particular the Barbara Weaver law firm and her associate Allison Kuczek were somehow related to everything that was happening. 

At that time I did not understand why this had happened but it quickly became obvious when pieces of evidence from the incident at Fort Hood started to correspond perfectly with what had happened in 1999. The reason I could not figure it back then was because my wife did not tell me that one of her Army friends was the one that ill advised her in the first place. Had she told me this back then, I would have exposed it much earlier!
